The creator of this website is a long term golfer, who started playing golf late in life and has improved his game (very) slowly. Part of the slow improvement is that he didn't know about certain tools that would aid in his advancement, and (full disclosure) tried everything new that came to his attention. Not the best approach.

The first thing that he didn't realize is that the golf club is a tool, and this tool needs other tools to work correctly. If you are going to tune an engine, you need to have the right tools, know how to apply them, and know what to expect. Changing the timing using guesswork produces unexpected and probably bad results.

This website was created to provide you with some tools that will help you improve your game. Maybe you don't need everything offered here, but we are sure that something will help.

Why the name Midgard Golf?

Well, golf is a game that only humans play and Midgard (or Miðgarðr, meaning "middle yard") is the realm inhabited by humans in Norse cosmology, representing Earth itself. Located centrally within the nine realms, it is surrounded by a vast ocean, Jotunheim (the land of giants), and connected to Asgard via the Bifrost bridge.

Giants play in Jotunheim and Gods play in Asgard. Humans play in Midgard.

I know it's a stretch, but I like it.
